Located uphill, Cair Kinan boasts a bird's eye view over the picturesque village of Mousehole, with the rolling green meadows as a backdrop.

The best evenings are spent gathered together with a chilled glass of wine in hand, preparing a barbecue supper in the garden, using a medley of local ingredients.

• Dining/sitting room: dining table and eight chairs, two chairs, sofa, Smart TV, sea views, doors to garden and doors to:
  • Balcony: two sofas, two chairs, sea views.
  • Garden: one step from kitchen, lawned area, one step to rear terrace, table and six chairs, barbecue, sea views.

Additional Information

• Electric heating, glass has been fitted to surround the balcony.
• Two steps to enter from the driveway, but once inside, the property and balcony are on one level with a few steps in part of the garden.
• Located uphill, so if planning to walk, may not be suitable for those with resricted mobility.
• Cair Kinan was originally one house which has been converted into two single level properties.
• Cair Kinan is the top property with "Jan's Place" below.
• Both properties have separate entrances and outside areas, but can be booked together with a 10% discount to sleep eight in total.
• WiFi, one dog welcome, short breaks available.

LOCAL AREA

Take the short stroll downhill into the heart of Mousehole to spend lazy afternoons sunbathing on the warm golden sand.

Peruse the gift shops and galleries and enjoy a light lunch from Mousehole Deli or a mouthwatering dinner in 2 Fore Street Restaurant.

The opportunities for adventure are endless, whether it's searching for shells or crabs in the rockpools, coastal rambles or wild swimming, there is so much to explore.

The furry member of the family is welcomed at Cair Kinan too and with so many scenic dog walks to enjoy, you will be spoilt for choice where to go next. Walk into neighbouring Newlyn, to purchase the freshest fish in the fishmongers, straight from the boats. Lamorna, Porthcurno Beach, the Minack Theatre and Sennen Cove are just a short drive away too.
